The Decorah Community Free Clinic provides health care and education to uninsured and under-insured individuals in the extended community.
Services include medications, supplies, blood tests, x-rays and other tests and services that are provided at no or low cost.
Dental screening is available with possible referral to low-cost dental treatment.
Located in First Lutheran Church.
Open on Thursday from 6-8pm. Patient sign-up is from 5-6pm.
