Services include:

• Help preventing health problems for all ages
• Shots (immunizations) for children and adults
• Flu shots
• Womens health tests and care
• Cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes tests
• Help managing diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
• Same day appointments / Next day appointments
• Urgent care for high fevers, cuts, broken bones, and other minor problems
• Prenatal (OB)
• HIV/STD tests
• Birth control
• Physicals (Yearly check-ups, Mission, Sports, Head Start, Immigration, Pre-school, DOT)*
• Health education at the clinic and in the community
• Behavioral Health Services
• Care Management
• Access to discounted or free medication

*Not all services available in all locations

Health West provides a Sliding Fee Program, which means that fees will be charged to patients based on their income and family size.

Hours:

Monday Thursday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
