CHCNC's Malone site, located at 380 County Route 51 (Creighton Road) is open to the public by appointment, and when necessary, on a walk-in basis. Our practice offers a variety of services with an experienced, welcoming staff. Primary Care, including comprehensive general health care, foot care, women's exams and cancer screenings are available to all members of the community regardless of ability to pay. Psychiatry & Counseling Services, evaluations, ongoing therapy, and medication management are also available.
