I've had pain in my neck that has now spread to my right shoulder and back. (cervical sprain)

my fiance has high blood pressure problems, and he has done something badly to his shoulder area, it bothers him to the pouint that he can not move it at all sometimes.

I went to the hospital in Ponca City 3 months ago with the pain and they did a ct scan and said I had a cervical sprain in my neck and to this day it still hurts and is getting worse. I went to another hospital and they didn't even look at me they just gave me 10 muscle relaxers and sent me on my way. So for 3 months now my neck has just gotten worse and I can't keep taking 6 ibuprofen 2x a day.

I have torn my mindiscis, as well as over extended knee, dislocated my knee cap as well as pulled or torn possible ligaments and tendons. I have been immobile for the past 4 months now, have been to the er everytime with absolutely nothing being done other than to discharge me, which causes even more damage to continue to inquire on said knee. I need an MRI. have no insurance or income
