They are now accepting new patients, and offers health care for the entire family. Services that are included are family practice health care immunizations, prescription assistance, family planning, radiology, counseling and acute care. Medicaid, and most HMO and insurance plans are accepted; they do offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Also, same day appointments are available for acute complaints (sore throat, cold, rash, abrasion, laceration, ear ache, etc).
