Ive relocated to Minnesota and im not able to recieve anymore refills for my blood pressure medicine or thyroid medicine until seen by doctor, im completely out of the Thyroid meds and have a 15 day supply for the blood pressure meds. i was a cleint here at freemont clinic for15 years

I also have several moles on back and torso that are growing and are rough with a dark gray color. I would like these removed and tested please. I am retired and receive ss retirement check that is small.
