Medical Services
Pediatricians, pediatric nurse practitioners, internal medicine physicians, family practice physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with their nurses provided care to over 13,000 people in SW Montana. With 18 exam rooms we provide care to about one hundred patients a day. We have implemented a number of best practices in the areas of diabetes and depression on same day access for patients. The local community hospital of St. James provides a hospitalist program which allows our physicians to choose how much hospital work they prefer to do in the area of adult medicine.

Dental Services
General dentistry is provided at the main CHC dental clinic located in Butte. Full and part-time employed dentists provide services to the communities of SW Montana. With six operatories, we serve about thiry two patients a day. Much of our work is providing services for urgent problems such as extractions and amalgams.

Behavioral Health/Mental Health Services

The CHC provides an innovative model integrating the behavioral health services with the medical service. Licensed Master level behavioral health therapists work hand in hand with the medical team to assess and treat patients maximizing time for treatment and progress. The CHC specializes as regional center for assessment and treatment of children and families who have experienced sexual and physical abuse.

Pharmacy
The CHC pharmacy provides clinical pharmacy services to all the medical and behavioral health providers at the CHC. Coumadin clinics and hepatitis C treatment utilize the licensed pharmacists to provide more efficient care to CHC patients. Patient assistance with treatment-effective and cost-effective medications utilizes the 340 B vendor program and Indigent Drug programs to serve thousands of patients.
