The Michael Jordan Family Clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The clinic serves patients of all ages, which means you and your family can continue seeing them throughout all stages of your lives.
Must meet low income guidelines.
Services include:
Annual wellness visits for adults and children
Medicare annual checkups
Sick-child appointments
Immunizations for adults and children, including flu shots
School, camp and sports physicals
Ear washes
Treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, including fevers and burns
Management of chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, weight concerns, acid reflux, arthritis and osteoporosis
Sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing
Minor procedures, including stitches (sutures) and joint injections
Womens health services, including Pap tests, birth control consultations, pelvic exams and care for gynecologic concerns
Hearing and vision screenings
Electrocardiograms (EKGs; used to examine heart function)
Spirometry (lung function tests)
On-site lab tests
On-site X-rays
The Novant Health Michael Jordan Family Medical Clinic is open to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The clinic also accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, should you wish to use insurance.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
