In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I have been to this clinic.I needed medical care. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes. I went to this clinic for STD & HIV testing. Staffs were very friendly and experienced. If u belong to Middlesex county, then $10 is ur fee, else $20. For HIV rapid test, blood is drawn from fingers and the result is given in 20 min. For Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphillis, the draw blood from arms, swap ur penis and butt. Results for this will be known by calling the clinic after a week. They also provide vaccine for Hepatitis A & B for free. I did not ask them abt Herpes test :-(
