• Family medicine

Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance, and offers a sliding-fee scale for patients without insurance.

Hours:

• Monday ONLY 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch noon to 1 p.m.)
• Virtual Care telehealth visits available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
