retired in May 2019 and have not had health insurance for 4 years because of expense and no clinics where I lived previously

i am experiencing fatigue headaches shooting pains in arms shoulders joints legs have seering pain from hips to ankles joints with low grade fever and extreme bone pain loss of hair and head has stabbing pain front to back as well as lymph nodes in throat and chest swollen w no apparent cause
