I took a copy of my SSDI AWARD LETTER AND THEY TOOK IT FROM THERE!
Community Health Centers are located across the state. My home Clinic is Mary Mahoney's in Spencer, Ok. When i became homeless because of COVID,, i switched to Healing Hands Clinic located in Downtown Oklahoma City. It doesn't matter which facility you choose, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. I think I actually get better care with them than when i was seeing a doctor in a private practice! I'm on SSDI and all i had to do to qualify was take a copy of my Award Letter in and they took care of the rest!!! Highly Recommend!!!Anonymous on Monday, September 14, 2020( 0 votes )

I have no job. My brother takes care of me
They just need employment verification or an Award Letter from a government agency and they will do the rest!
I went here for my first COVID Shot. I received the first Moderna Shot. It was a painless Ordeal and was in and out in less than 40 minutes including the wait time to see if you had a reaction. Very friendly support staff and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!!
