The Eufaula Health & Wellness Center opened its doors to serve the residents of McIntosh County in June 2006.
Although the clinic was only opened part-time initially, due to patient demand, it opened full-time, five days a week in February 2008.
A clinic expansion took place in Eufaula in December 2010, allowing SHWC to increase its medical services, and also allowing for the inclusion of behavioral health services in that location.
Currently, the clinic serves thousands of area patients from communities throughout McIntosh County and surrounding counties.
