The Dental Center offers comprehensive dental care as well as emergency care. The following services are provided: restorations, simple extractions, root canals, teeth whitening, cleanings, crowns, and denture work for established patients.
Eligibility: We serve all Rhode Island residents. For those without dental insurance, services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Medicaid, Delta Dental, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MetLife and other dental insurances are accepted.
Medical Care:
Care available for those seeking: adult care, infant, child, and adolescent care, behavioral or mental health services, pre-natal/obstetrical care (East Providence site), Optometry (Newport site), and Dental (Newport site). Services are available for those without health insurance. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. In addition, Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medical Assistance and other private insurances are also accepted.
Other services that are offered include: teen time walk-in daily, assistance with applying for health insurance, home visits by members of the care team, pregnancy testing, immunizations for infants, children, and adults, care for acute illness, health screenings and general community education and referrals.
