Refused service, even when described to office personnel a medical emergency (extremely high sugar readings). Ended up driving to military hospital over 1.5 hours away to get service from doctors that actually know what they are doing. Then got admitted to emergency room for further evaluation.... have not had dedicated doctor in over 6 years. Apparently Rustburg Clinic is not at all interested in patients with complicated medical conditions, and isn't interested in treating them. I have two forms of insurance, and they COULD get paid from BOTH of the insurance companies. But still refused care.
