The Snake River Community Clinic is a non-profit, free medical clinic for low-income people who are uninsured or under-insured (have catastrophic coverage only). All care will be provided on clinic nights only. Patients are responsible for all expenses related to labs, x-rays, and further referrals, which are not covered under agreements with the clinic.
Free medical clinic for uninsured and underserved (those with catastrophic coverages only) with income up to 185% of federal poverty level. Free medical visit, free basic labs, free basic x-rays, free medications.
Donations requested but not required. Proof of household income by 2nd visit.
We are not an emergency clinic. Limited spots given out at 2pm; patients with spots reserved return at 5:30p.m. for clinic.
Also has $20 dental extractions. Call for a dental appointment. Single tooth extractions for adults only.Call above number for more information.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
