This facility's mission is to reduce the number of medically disenfranchised people in Middle Tennessee by expanding primary healthcare homes and prevention programs for the medically underserved. This facility will accomplish this by providing high quality, comprehensive and affordable primary healthcare that is coordinated, culturally and linguistically competent and community directed; in which it is cost effective and affordable with sliding scale fees.
