VIM is a free health care clinic for residents of Cape May County, who meet financial eligibility criteria and slip through the gaps in the Affordable Care Act.
VIM's focus is on primary health care, emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion and patient education in an easily accessible facility with the same dignity and confidentiality afforded in the private sector.
VIM relies on approximately 100 active volunteers who log more than 10,000 hours per year to provide care to 500 patients with more than 3,000 patient visits.
VIM relies on the munificence of the community for the funds necessary to provide care.
VIM accepts patients that meet the following criteria:

Live in Cape May County
No insurance with less than a $2500 deductible
Have income no more than 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (approx. $28,000 for a single, $38,000 for a couple)

If you meet this criteria and are interested in becoming a patient at VIM, please download and print the documents below or call 609-463-2846, then press 3 to speak with one of our Intake Volunteers. They will assist you through the process and mail you a registration packet. We will require a copy of your most recent tax return or other proof of income. As soon as you have gathered the required documents and information, you should bring your paperwork to VIM during the hours listed below.
You are also welcome to stop in and speak with an Intake volunteer directly: Volunteers are on-site at the following times:

Monday - 9:30AM -1PM
Tuesday - 3PM - 6PM (Interpreter available)
Wednesday - 9:30AM - 2PM
Thursday - 9:30AM - 2PM
