About The NATIVE Project

Primary health care facility that provides comprehensive care to the greater Spokane community.

They serve ALL people.

Payment:

Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances are accepted.

You will not be charged your insurance co-pay if you provide proof of tribal enrollment/descendency.

 Full Services medical care, well child,women's and men health, elder care, Treatment of illness, labs, minor surgical procedures, mental health counseling for adults.

Full service Pharmacy

Integrated Medical and behavioral health services for adults


Dental Services:

 Preventative Care (Exams, Cleanings, Fluoride)

 Emergency appointments

 Surgical (Extractions, Biopsies)

 Prosthetics (Implant restoration, Dentures, Partials)

 Esthetic (Veneers, Whitening)

 Restorative (Fillings, Crowns, Simple root canal treatments)

 Referrals for special services (braces, wisdom teeth removal, implant placement etc
