If your income is below 700% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines, you may qualify for our Self-Pay Discount Program. We have three levels of our discount program.
Our discounts are for all Ventura County Health Care Agency clinics, Ventura County Medical Center, and Santa Paula Hospital. We will also discount many of our services purchased from outside our system.

This full spectrum primary care clinic is conveniently located in our new building on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Care for those of all ages from infancy through geriatrics is available.
