Free clinics are volunteer-based, safety-net health care organizations that provide a range of medical, dental, pharmacy, and/or behavioral health services to economically disadvantaged individuals who are predominately uninsured.

Good Neighbor Free Medical Clinic provides free primary health care services and limited non-surgical cardiology and orthopedic care to eligible adults living in Beaufort County, SC.

They provide compassionate medical services, and offer spiritual and pastoral care.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide compassionate, skilled medical care to those in need.
