ACMC is a community-based organization dedicated to providing quality medical care to low-income, uninsured and underinsured persons at a sliding scale fee. We follow the Wisconsin Department of Public Health’s guidelines for Income verification for clients who wish to take advantage of no cost or sliding scale fees. ACMC takes most insurance, however there is no copay or any other cost to clients. Practice Hours Tue - Sat: By Appointment Sun / Mon: Closed

I wanted to get blood work done and talk to someone about nutrition and how to eat to become healthier . I may have a thyroid issues and I also have a tooth that needs taking out if y'all can help me find a dentist that would work with my income . I make too much to get insurance but not enough to pay a full doctors bill .

I have no used any free clinics . I moved here from California a few months back .
