This health clinic offers family practice care to people with insurance, those without insurance, and those who are underinsured. This health clinic accepts private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare and will file claims on your behalf. Although this health clinic is not a free clinic, ARcare is able to offer discounted rates so that all of the people in Arkansas can receive the medical and dental care that they need. This health clinic's assistance programs can help your and your family with even more services, including transportation to medical appointments and Medicaid enrollment assistance.

Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Wynne Health Center website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2021

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $12,760
2 $17,240
3 $21,720
4 $26,200
5 $30,680
6 $35,160
7 $39,640
8 $44,120

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
