BAART Community HealthCare is a non-profit entity established to provide medical care through a network of community clinics. BCH focuses primarily on providing low cost primary care services to indigent populations. BCH and its predecessors have been providing services for 35 years.

BAART Community HealthCare provides primary care, preventive health services, and focused case management for local communities.

- BAART Health Care is a contracted (Medical Home) clinic partner with Health Care LA, IPA (HCLA). Through our partnership, we are able to care for patients enrolled with government sponsored managed care programs in Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage and Medi-Medi (dual eligibles).
