Tuesdays, 5:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m
1st and 3rd Sundays, 5:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
3rd Tuesday, 5:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

To Make An Appointment:

Patients must call (510) 213-6678 on Tuesdays between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for either a same-day appointment or a Sunday appointment. For other questions please call, text message, or leave a voice message at any time.
