Dental Care for Children & Adolescents

WellSpace Health provides primary care, dental and behavioral health sliding-fee services to patients/clients who meet income qualifications based on the Federal poverty level guidelines.

Clients should bring the following items to their appointment:
Proof of residency
Proof of income
Photo ID
