Great clinic. One suggestion: update your phone machine with soothing classical music. And don’t say “we’re sorry”, just say all operators are busy. You’ve got nothing to apologize for. And after 10 years, at least, “we’re sorry” doesn’t ring true. You’re busy, that’s all etc. Great clinic staff always informed and effective
