Pacific Free Clinic is owned and operated by the Stanford University School of Medicine. Our staff is comprised of dedicated volunteer physicians and students. Funding is provided by private donors and the Stanford School of Medicine. We offer comprehensive general health checkups, and also offer several specialty services for free:
-Mental Health Clinic
New patients, please arrive at clinic by 8:30 AM on Saturday. New patient appointments are not taken in advance, and are seen on a first come, first served basis with follow-up appointments scheduled as needed. ***Please do not eat or drink anything but water for 8 hours before your appointment so we can check your blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Please keep hydrated before the appointment to make these checks easier. Location Pacific Free Clinic is located at Overfelt High School in San Jose. To visit the clinic, enter the high school parking lot on Cunningham Avenue at the "Overfelt Adult Education" entrance and follow the signs. We are located at the back of the parking lot, adjacent to the tennis courts.
School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County, Overfelt Neighborhood Health Clinic for Children mission, is to provide high quality, affordable primary medical care for the low income community. We are committed to serving low income, uninsured/underinsured and medically underserved Santa Clara County children from infancy to age 19. Our Washington Neighborhood Health Clinic began serving adults in August 2014.
