Northeast Valley Health Corporation (NEVHC) is one of the nation's largest community health centers. They are a nonprofit organization, focused on preventing and alleviating health issues. IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. IM ON THE PHONE RIGHT NOW AND THEY ARE CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT FOR SATURDAY FOR THE WOMENS HEALTH CENTER AFTER I'VE WAITED FOR 3 MONTHS FOR IT! I WOULDN'T MIND NORMALLY BUT .., THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY'VE SUDDENLY HAD TO CANCEL. SIMPLY PUT, THEY DON'T CARE. I COULD HAVE SOMETHING I'VE NEEDED CHECKED OUT OR CANCER AND THEY JUST TELL YOU, "ooooh yeah, that sucks, okay well I have one in 8 months if you wanna come in then?" THIS place when it comes appointments and courtesy, Is the WORSE place you can go to.... The staff, I hesitate to say nurses, here are very rude.. I understand that people can be a handful sometimes but when it becomes your personality and attitude, you don't belong in healthcare. Go be snarky somewhere else. It's sad that they represent the company image because my doctor is great so far.
