The Bureau has been involved in HIV disease /sexually transmitted diseases, alcohol/substance abuse, diabetes, poverty, crime prevention, and other disparities that affect disenfranchised populations. The Bureau continues to advocate for and empower the homeless, indigent, working class, felons, and the health uninsured. Finally, The Bureau provides prevention case management (direct services) to participants (clients) in various counties, along with case management services (indirect services) for participants (clients) living with HIV disease, diabetes, and alcohol/substance abuse, along with services to the homeless population, felons, etc.

  • Constant trouble breathing
  • Persistent chest pain or pressure
  • Confusion
  • Trouble staying awake
  • Blue lips or face
