Description:
Provides affordable primary health care to working uninsured residents of Wilson County, TN. If services are needed that exceed "on site" capabilities, attempts to match patients to service providers that have agreed to charge discounted fees to their patients

Fees: Fees are based on a SLIDING SCALE based on income level. The fee is between $10 and $40.
