Located at 727 25th Street, provide primary medical and dental care for uninsured adults 19 to 64 years old.

Clinic services include routine physical examinations, treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes or heart disease, and common conditions such as respiratory infections, common colds, pink eye, and other disorders.

In-House Pharmacy with Medication Assistance
