• Patient education and disease counseling
• Smoking cessation
• Cholesterol, weight control, nutrition
• Minor surgery, laceration repair, mole removal
• Immunizations
• STD diagnosis and treatment, HIV counseling
• Contraception management
• Newborn care
• Referral to specialties and other agencies
• Coumadin Clinic
• Diabetic Counseling

Hours:

• Mon & Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Tues - Thurs 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Sat 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

All major insurances are accepted, and a sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients.
