What We Do
Whether it's a cold, high blood pressure or back pain, we see and treat a spectrum of adult health problems, male or female.
Infant and Pediatric Medicine.
We love the kids as well and make an effort to help them feel safe and important in our clinic as we care for their wellness and illness needs.
Work, School and Athletic Physicals.
Whatever the type of physical, come and see us. We do just about any type of physical exam that you may need.
Minor Surgeries and Procedures.
Moles, warts, cysts and biopsies; short colonoscopies, casts, EKGs and stress tests; and many other procedures are done at Destiny.
In partnership with LabCorp Clinical Labs, we are able to offer a number of lab tests in our clinic. For those whose specimens are sent to LabCorp, the results are often back by the next day.
Adding to the convenience of our patients, we offer radiology services including x-rays of chest, spine, extremities, pelvis and more.
This is a free clinic for the uninsured and is open on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. It is supported through funding from gifts from individuals, hospitals, churches and local businesses.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Destiny Outreach After Hours Clinic website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.
Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023
|Persons In Family Household||Poverty Guideline Salary per year|
For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
