I have a extremely bad gout flare up, I haven't been able to walk for two days and it has lasted a total of 4 days altogether.

I have endometriosis. Lately it’s been unbearable. I can’t walk from pain sometimes. I’ve been extremely depressed. I’ve also always suffered from anxiety but certain recent events have made it worse drastically.

I am permanently disabled I have decompression lower back my waste gets numb I ha ve dental problems as well

I have problems with my gallbladder it’s not working right and been having problems seeing thru left eye!

High blood pressure. Had an allergic reaction a few weeks ago and throat swelled shut. Emt gave me epi shot and heads been hurting ever since.

I have not used services through ECC at Lakeview before.
