ECHO is a faith-based free medical clinic for uninsured, low income individuals. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.  The new ECHO clinic sits adjacent to the recently opened ECHO Thrift Store at 4004 East Van Buren in the same building.

Hours: Tuesday or Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To Qualify for treatment: You qualify for clinic services if you
- do not have any medical insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare
- have household income that falls below 125% of the Federal poverty guidelines
