I had an accident and fell from a 2nd story window before coming to Florida and was seen in an emergency room where I was told I had a brain bleed and I am having head pain and pain in my back and leg.

I have been without meds for six months or better. I had a thyroid storm and stroke in 2011 which left me in a coma for six weeks. I was on disability until 2016 and then it was cut off due to me being unable to consistently make doctors appointments. I have heart disease, kidney disorder, borderline diabetes. I do not have insurance but I really need my meds. I have lost a lot of weight
