We serve as the primary, out-patient medical home for tens of thousands of people in the South Plains and Texas Panhandle region, including many who are uninsured or underinsured.
 
Our integrated network model affords patients convenient and affordable access to high quality health and medical services that includes women's health, immunizations, well-child services, geriatric and adult chronic disease prevention, treatment and management.

Mon, Tues, Thurs 8:30am-5:30pm, Wed 9:30am-7pm; 1st, 2nd & 4th
Fri 8:30am-1pm, 3rd Sat 8am-1pm
Closed 1st Thurs & 3rd Fri; Closed Mon-Thurs 12:30pm-1pm
