Services:

Clinical Services
Clinical Services such as Childhood, Adolescent, and Adult Immunizations, Tuberculosis Screening, Pregnancy Testing, HIV Testing, Blood Pressure Evaluation, and Sexually Transmitted Infection testing are offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. by appointment. Child Health Services
Well Child physicals, School Physicals including Pre-school physicals and Sports Physicals are available by appointment.
Communicable Diseases
Services include information on communicable diseases, investigations of suspected disease outbreaks, and preventive treatment for certain diseases. Outbreak investigations can be for suspected food or waterborne diseases, bioterrorism events, and contagious diseases spread to humans by either animals or other persons.
