St. Luke Community Clinic (SLCC) provides free medical care and discounted or free prescription medication for eligible adult Warren County residents with no health insurance.
Total family income must be less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Income sources include wages, child support payments, alimony, disability benefits, pension payments, TANF payments, and unemployment.
New patients are screened for eligibility at their first visit and then again every six months. Documentation of income and residency must be supplied.
The clinic does not serve children.
Given the limited resources of the clinic, they make every effort not to duplicate services already offered in the community by other agencies.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the St Luke Community Clinic website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
