A Sliding Fee Scale discount program is available at Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc. A Sliding Fee Scale allows individuals with no insurance or a low income to receive health care at a discounted rate based on income status. This program is provided based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

The Administrative Office for AAPHC houses the Claims Processing (billing) department for all clinical locations as well as the Administrative and Executive team members. Monthly organizational meetings are held on site at Administration for the organization as well.
