Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems

Healthreach Community Clinic serves uninsured Iredell County residents with free primary medical care, as well as lab services, some specialty care, and free non-narcotic medications through its pharmacy.
The clinic serves residents 18 to 65 years old within Iredell County who have a combined household income of 250% or below the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
HealthReach Community Clinic is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit charity with IRS 501(c)3 status, providing health services to uninsured since 2003.
Mission Statement: The mission of HealthReach Community Clinic is to make a significant contribution to the health and wellness of our Iredell County, NC neighbors in need. We serve as a primary care medical home for patients with limited means, offering free medical appointments, medications, and lab services. Our volunteers and generous community partners enable us to minimize barriers to care and improve health equity within our community.
