One of my relatives came from abroad to visit my family. He is 68 years old and has diabetes which was well controlled in recent years. However, he found his blood glucose increased in this week and hopes to see doctor for help. However, we tried to contact all health insurance agent but none of them could provide a plan covering diabetes. So, we hope to find somewhere to visit doctor
