  • Mid-Valley Health Clinic uses a sliding fee scale for all uninsured clients. Provides primary health care to low income and uninsured people on a sliding fee scale. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, PCN, CHIP, and most private insurances.

Mon - Wed: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thu: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Fri: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
