ACCESS provides a national model of quality, affordable community health care for medically underserved populations that are tailored to meet the specific health needs of the individuals, families and communities we serve.
Cost: Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare and most major health plans are accepted to cover the costs of medical care. A sliding fee scale based on ability to pay is available for uninsured patients. Case management services are provided at no charge.
