Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.

You will be required to prove financial need in order to receive free services or services at a reduced cost. This is a health care center funded by the federal government. Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare and most major health plans are accepted to cover the costs of medical care. A sliding fee scale based on ability to pay is available for uninsured patients. Any payment that is required for your visit is due at the time of your appointment, however, patients without the ability to pay will not be denied services.
