AHSAA Sports Physicals are provided at Lawrence Urgent Care Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm without an appointment for a cost of $25. Our nurse practitioner performs the physicals and they are ready for pick up the next business day following the physician's signature.

AHSAA Sports Physicals are provided at our other rural health clinics; Moulton Pediatrics, Moulton Family Clinic & Courtland Clinic by appointment only for a cost of $25.
