Primary Care Clinic of North Texas is a nonprofit healthcare facility that provide quality medical care at an affordable cost to the medically uninsured adults without regard to their background.
Currently offer services in Lewisville, Plano and Dallas.
Eligibility:
Any uninsured adult or child over the age of 12 without regard to income or county of residence.
Cost:
Office Visit $45
Routine Blood Tests $10 to $20 each
Pap Smear (including office visit) $95
EKG $35
Services:
Screening for Hepatitis, HIV, cholesterol, PSA, etc.
Referrals for X-rays, ultrasound, CT and MRI scans priced at or near Medicare rates
All generic drugs at discounted prices made available through local pharmacies
Direct Patient Blood Testing - Between the Hours of 8:30 and 11:00 am on Saturdays only.
This services is open to the general public for blood testing needs, available at a low cost.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
