This is a federally qualified 501(c)(3) community health center. It is a patient-centered medical home where patients receive high quality, continuous and accessible primary health, dental, behavioral health, and social services under one roof. They serve a growing, highly diverse patient population at their main site at 26 Queen Street and through six school-based health centers.
They are a full-service health center open to all residents of Worcester and surrounding areas. They are a Joint Commission Accredited, federally qualified health center whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of traditionally underserved and culturally diverse populations in the greater Worcester area by providing accessible, high-quality, comprehensive primary care, dental care and social services to individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay.
This facility offers family medicine, maternal child health, behavioral health, dentistry, nursing, a Walk In Center for urgent and primary care same-day visits, a low-cost pharmacy, lab, radiology, school-based health centers, refugee / immigrant health services, teen health clinic, ADHD clinic, INS clinic, flu vaccine clinics, health education and promotion, HIV counseling and testing, and public health programs for the early detection and prevention of disease.
