Horrible phone experience. Called to find out about getting a checkup. Intake operators must be graded on length of talk time on call where short is best. I wanted some general information about costs before coming in. Person was not rude, but was not listening to me, seemed in a hurry to \\\"get rid\\\" of my call, sounded flustered and put me on hold twice (I think I was dropped back into the phone queue because when the phone was picked back up, I had to restate why I was calling.) Finally I was put on hold again, but apparently not on hold as I was transferred to Concentric Med. (They didn\\\'t tell me I was being transferred) Concentric says that they have nothing to do with Baden and says they are for urgent care, and they don\\\'t know why Baden consistently transfers calls to them. Apparently this happens a lot. - people are sent to Concentric, and Baden doesn\\\'t tell the people they are being transferred somewhere else, and Baden does not understand what type of facility Concentric is. Any way, I was prepared to pay Baden since they are geographically close to me, but based on the lousy way they handled my call I will be staying away, and advising anyone else to stay away. They just come across as shady.
